Last updated: August 16, 2026

Please read these Terms of Use carefully. By accessing or using menticert.com(the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you andmenticert.com(“we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your access to and use of our website, practice exams, learning tests, flashcards, and related features. By creating an account, purchasing access, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

menticert.com provides self-study materials to help you prepare for third-party IT and cloud certification exams, including practice learning tests, full-length timed practice exams, and flashcards, together with explanations and reference links. The Service is intended to complement, not replace, official training and documentation from certification providers.

3. No Affiliation; Trademarks

menticert.com is an independent study resource. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft, Salesforce, Cisco, or any other certification provider. All product names, logos, brands, trademarks, and registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and descriptive purposes. Their use does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.

4. Educational Use Only; No Guarantee of Results

Our content is provided for educational and practice purposes only. Practice questions are authored by us to resemble the style and topics of real exams; they are not actual exam questionsand are not reproduced from any certification provider’s exam. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in passing any certification exam, and we make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any question, answer, explanation, or reference. Exam formats and content change over time.

5. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

  • copy, scrape, reproduce, resell, or redistribute our content without written permission;
  • share, publish, or use our materials to create a competing product or service;
  • share your account or access with others, or attempt to circumvent access controls or payment;
  • upload malicious code, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any certification provider’s policies (including exam confidentiality agreements).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service that we create — including questions, explanations, flashcards, text, design, and software — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for your own, non-commercial exam preparation. No other rights are granted.

8. Purchases, Access Periods, and Refunds

Part of the Service is free to use. Access to the full question banks, timed exams and related features is sold per certification, in two tiers. The price, the tier contents and the length of the access period are shown at the point of purchase and are what govern your purchase.

Certification purchases

  • Essential and Complete differ in the features included and in the length of access. Complete includes everything in Essential.
  • These are one-time payments. They do not renew and you will not be charged again.
  • Your access period begins when your payment completes and ends automatically when the period expires. No notice is given and no further payment is taken.
  • While an Essential period is running you may upgrade to Complete by paying the difference between the two prices. The upgraded access then runs for the full Complete period measured from the date of your original purchase.

All-Access Pass

Where offered, the All-Access Pass is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually. It renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future billing and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Updates during your access period

We revise material as certification objectives change. Updates to a certification you have purchased are included at no extra charge for as long as your access period is running. We do not guarantee any particular update, or that material will be revised within any particular time.

Payment and refunds

Payments are processed by third-party providers (currently PayPal); your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we do not receive or store your card details. Because access to the material is granted immediately on payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been opened.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. By starting to use the material within that period you ask us to begin supplying it immediately and acknowledge that you lose that right of withdrawal once supply has begun. Where a statutory right to a refund applies, it applies regardless of anything in this section.

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or paid and did not receive access, contact us at support@menticert.com with your payment reference and we will put it right.

9. Third-Party Links and Resources

The Service may reference or link to third-party websites, documentation, and training resources (for example, official provider documentation). We provide these for convenience and do not control or endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability.

10. Privacy

We process personal data (such as your account email) as needed to operate the Service. By using the Service you consent to such processing. If a separate Privacy Policy is published, it is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that our content matches any current exam.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, menticert.comand its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or exam fees, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless menticert.com and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which menticert.com operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
