ISTQB Foundation Level (CTFL)
The entry point to the ISTQB scheme and the most widely held software testing certification in the world. Syllabus v4.0 covers the fundamentals of testing, testing throughout the software development lifecycle, static testing, test analysis and design techniques, managing the test activities, and test tools. The exam is 40 multiple-choice questions in 60 minutes, with a 65% pass mark (26 of 40).
ISTQB Agile Tester (CTFL-AT)
The Foundation Level extension for testers working in Agile teams. Covers Agile software development and the whole-team approach, how testing differs from sequential projects, the tester's role and skills in an Agile team, and the methods, techniques and tools of Agile testing — TDD, ATDD and BDD, the test pyramid and testing quadrants, quality risk analysis, estimation, user story writing and exploratory testing. CTFL is a prerequisite. The exam is 40 multiple-choice questions in 60 minutes with a 65% pass mark.
